The Consortium of Uganda University Libraries is administered by an Executive Committee of nine members.
The Executive Committee is composed of elected representatives from member libraries who serve for a two year period.
The entire membership of the consortium participates in governance at the annual CUUL Membership General Assembly held in April or as when called upon.The constitution was revised and adopted in 2001 guides the consortium.
